At USP, our Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes are integral to our commitment to delivering products that meet the highest international standards. We follow a methodical, multi-step approach that spans from material selection and qualification to final inspection and documentation. Each step is critical to ensuring that every project we undertake meets or exceeds our clients’ specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements.

Our QA/QC system ensures that welding and surface treatment processes are continuously monitored and tested. Each step—from material selection and welding procedures to surface treatment application—is thoroughly checked to guarantee the highest quality results.

Welding Quality Control
- Certified Welders: Our welders are certified in accordance with AWS, ASME, and EN standards, ensuring expertise in critical welding applications.
- Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS): We adhere to pre-qualified WPS and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) to ensure consistency and quality in every weld.
- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Every weld undergoes NDT, including radiographic testing (RT), ultrasonic testing (UT), and magnetic particle testing (MT) to guarantee the integrity and safety of the welded components.
- Weld Mapping & Documentation: All welds are thoroughly mapped and documented to ensure full traceability, and we provide clients with detailed welding reports for transparency.
Surface Treatment Quality Control
- Surface Preparation: We ensure that all surfaces are properly prepared for coating through blasting, cleaning, and degreasing procedures that meet the highest standards.
- Coating Process Control: Our team follows precise protocols for paint mixing, application, and dry film thickness (DFT) measurements to ensure optimal coating performance.
- Galvanization & Corrosion Resistance: For projects requiring enhanced durability, we offer hot-dip galvanizingand other corrosion-resistant coatings, which are rigorously inspected to meet industry standards.
- Surface Testing & Inspection: All coated surfaces undergo adhesion testing, salt spray testing, and surface profile inspections to ensure long-lasting protection and finish quality.
