ASME U-Stamp Pressure Vessel Fabrication
USP is a fully certified ASME U-stamp pressure vessel manufacturer, delivering custom-engineered pressure vessels to clients in the oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, power, and mineral processing sectors. With proven expertise in designing and fabricating vessels up to 4 meters in diameter and 30 meters in length, we provide complete solutions for code-compliant pressure equipment operating under demanding temperature, pressure, and corrosion conditions.
Our certification under ASME Section VIII, Division 1 (U-stamp) ensures every vessel meets the stringent quality, safety, and documentation standards required for global deployment.
Vessel Types & Capabilities
We specialize in the design and fabrication of:
- Vertical & horizontal pressure vessels
- Process separators (2-phase & 3-phase)
- Air receivers & buffer tanks
- Heat exchanger shells
- Surge drums
- Knock-out pots
- Filter housings
- Blowdown and flare drums
- Skid-mounted and modular pressure systems
Typical size & capacity:

- Design temperature: cryogenic to 600°C
Materials range from carbon steel, low-temperature carbon steel, stainless steel (304/316L/904L), duplex, and chrome-moly alloys, to nickel-based alloys such as Inconel and Hastelloy.
End-to-End ASME Vessel Fabrication
Our in-house capabilities include:
- Mechanical design & code calculation (ASME Section VIII, API, GB, EN)
- 3D CAD modeling & Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
- Rolling, forming, and precision machining
- GTAW, GMAW, SAW, SMAW & robotic welding
- Post-Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT)
- Radiographic, ultrasonic, magnetic particle & liquid penetrant testing
- Hydrostatic & pneumatic testing
- Internal & external corrosion protection (lining, galvanizing, epoxy, or multi-coat systems)
All vessels are fully traceable and delivered with complete documentation, including Manufacturer’s Data Reports (MDRs) per ASME code.
Engineering & Quality Assurance
USP’s engineering team works directly with client specifications, or develops new designs from process conditions and service requirements. Each pressure vessel is subjected to:
- Stress analysis and design optimization
- Material compatibility review
- Code compliance verification
- Third-party or client-witnessed inspections
We operate under a robust ISO 9001 quality system, with every weld procedure (WPS/PQR) and welder qualification (WPQ) approved for ASME IX and ISO 15614.
Pressure Equipment You Can Trust
Whether you need a single coded vessel or a fully integrated skid-mounted package, USP delivers pressure equipment that’s built to code, built to last, and backed by deep fabrication experience and engineering insight.
