The scope of work

·120,000 dia inches of carbon steel and 316L stainless steel piping

·Size ranging from DN25 (1”) to DN900 (36”).

·Butt Weld and Threaded connection

·Collaboration between manual and robotic welding

·AS3992 welding qualification complied

·External coating: Galvanization, passivation and painting

·Internal coating: Sandblasted then coated with polypropylene inner liner
