2、 In 2018, the Production Department formulated relevant requirements for equipment, personnel, safety, environment and other aspects of each workshop according to national and company regulations.
1. In terms of equipment management, it is stipulated that at the end of each month, each workshop should report the status of the main production equipment in the form of a paper form, and the equipment department should make unified arrangements to repair the equipment with faults, and make corresponding records. According to the issued equipment maintenance system, each workshop is required to provide targeted maintenance for the main production equipment, and for the personnel who damage the equipment artificially, According to the value of equipment damage, corresponding economic punishment shall be imposed, specific requirements for equipment maintenance personnel shall be put forward, equipment maintenance records shall be filled in every day, problems found in the daily inspection system shall be solved in a timely manner, and wiring and use shall be carried out in accordance with national standards.
2. The safety of the production workshop has improved, and the wearing of personal protective equipment of the production personnel in the workshop has been improved.
A safety production meeting for all staff in the production workshop will be held before work on Monday afternoon every week to strictly put forward the requirements for safety production. The lifting appliance used for lifting in the workshop must not be used if it is damaged. Lifting large components requires more than two people to cooperate, and the safety awareness has been improved. The new employees were given three-level education and filled in the three-level education registration card. The fire extinguishers used in the workshop shall be inspected according to the time specified by the state. If there is any fire extinguisher with unqualified pressure, the outsourcing unit shall be notified in time to replace it. For inflammable and explosive places such as warehouses and gas warehouses, fire extinguishers shall be inspected once a month and record cards shall be filled in.
3. The management of the production workshop environment has improved this year. The workshop has a good sanitary environment. We insist on doing a good job in the sanitation of this process after work. The components are stacked neatly, especially the products in the pipeline workshop are stacked neatly. This is what each workshop needs to learn from. The paint room insists on opening the photo-oxygen processor every day, which reduces the environmental pollution and the probability of stopping production for rectification.
