Scope of Services

Quality Control & Global Certifications

USP operates under a stringent quality management system certified to ISO 9001. All production processes comply with EN 1090-2 (structural welding) and ISO 3834 (welding quality assurance). Every product undergoes non-destructive testing (NDT) and pressure testing to ensure safety and performance in extreme operating environments.

Production Capacity

USP maintains strong monthly production capacity of 800–1,000 tons for plate structures. Our modern fabrication facility includes CNC cutting machines, robotic welding stations, and high-efficiency processing equipment, enabling us to scale production as needed while maintaining speed and accuracy.
