- Welding: SMAW, GMAW, TIG, and robotic systems used based on scale and detail
- Surface Treatment:
- Hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion protection

- Design & Detailing:
- In-house 3D modeling and CAD drafting
- Custom layouts based on structural drawings and project specifications
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Fabricated under ISO 9001-certified quality management
- Welds and assemblies tested to AWS D1.1, AS/NZS 1657, EN ISO 14122, and ASTM E985
- Non-destructive testing (NDT) and full inspection reports provided as required
